FortisAlberta understands that employees have diverse personal experiences and situations and may require flexibility to balance a variety of responsibilities. We are committed to recognizing the importance of work/life balance and support that through offering flexible work options that are available to employees at different stages of their careers, such as Part-Time, Job Sharing, Leave of Absence, and Phased Retirement options.
Remote Work Options
FortisAlberta believes that one of the ways we promote inclusion in our workplace, is through supporting eligible employees with choices regarding which environment empowers them to produce their best work. In addition to full-time office work, for eligible job positions, FortisAlberta allows for full-time remote work or a hybrid work arrangement.
