Capital Delivery
FortisAlberta’s Capital Delivery team works with our large customers by planning, designing, and constructing electrical distribution projects that they require. These projects are managed by experienced Project Managers who are responsible for delivering all aspects of a project, including developing scope, planning and scheduling resources and materials, forecasting and tracking costs, measuring and addressing performance, and handing over projects to customers. The Capital Delivery team also includes Design Specialist/Technologists as well as dedicated Field Administrative Coordinators, Project Assistants, Land professionals, and Business Analysts to ensure our customers experience the efficient delivery of top-quality projects worth over $500,000.
Project Management
To be successful in the Capital Delivery & Project Management team, a candidate must be able navigate complex, high impact and potentially sensitive projects. This requires advanced knowledge of electrical distribution projects, from scope development to construction and delivery. Knowledge of project accounting and applicable standards, codes, and best practices is also required to ensure success with this group.
