FortisAlberta’s Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement group provides our customers and clients with exceptional service. Positions in this group include Customer Service Representatives, who address everyday customer concerns; Customer Connections and Projects Relations Coordinators who ensure FortisAlberta’s customer projects are looked after, and experienced Stakeholder Relations Managers who build and maintain relationships with First Nations and Indigenous Peoples, industrial clients and municipalities.

Customer Service 

Our Customer Service Representatives are based in Airdrie, Alberta. To facilitate your success in this group, FortisAlberta offers 6 weeks of paid, full-time intensive training to invest in your development. Our CSRs have moved into a variety of roles throughout the organization.
