FortisAlberta’s Human Resources team supports business units across the organization to ensure that their teams are performing at a top level. Our Human Resources team includes subject matter experts in the areas of Compensation, Disability Management, Employee & Labour Relations, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Pension & Benefits, Training & Development (Talent Management), and Talent Acquisition (Talent Services). The team also includes HR Business Partners, generalists who directly support business leaders on all aspects of managing their teams.

To be successful in our Human Resources team, we look for professionals able to build and maintain trusting, credible relationships with the business leaders they support. These positions require a high degree of professional discretion, sound judgment, and demonstrated professional integrity.
