DESCRIPTION: 
Under the general supervision of the Manager Cyber and Corporate Security, the IT Security Analyst Student will assist with developing templates for process documents and provide support for one of our IT Security, Cyber Risk Management, or Project Management teams. This role will act as a champion for the FortisAlberta brand, committed to providing exceptional customer and stakeholder service.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
•    Provide operational support to the Security Team, Cyber Risk Management Team, and Project Management Office.
•    Develop and mature process documentation and refine automated processes.
•    Support the IT Security department with daily operations.
•    Contribute to the overall high performance of the IT Security Department to ensure our customers’ operational needs are met.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Must be currently enrolled in an active post-secondary Information Technology or related program and be planning to return to a post-secondary institution in a full-time capacity.
